SUMMARY:MOU signing ceremony
DESCRIPTION:The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and University of Saint Joseph (USJ) took place on May 19 at UEH. The participants included: \n\nRepresentatives from UEH:\n\nPresident of UEH – Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh; Vice President of UEH – Dr. Dinh Cong Khai; Chairwoman of UEH Strategy and Policy Advisory Council\, Director of UEH Institute of Innovation\, CTD – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Bich Nguyet; Vice President of CTD – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trinh Thuy Anh; Vice President of CTD – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thai Kim Phung; Deputy Dean of Faculty of Economics and Statistics\, CTD – Dr. Ha Van Son; Director of Institute of Management and Smart City\, CTD – Dr. Trinh Tu Anh; Director of Institute of Applied Mathematics\, CTD – Dr. Chung Nhan Phu; Head of Administrative Office\, CTD – Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao and other officials\, lecturers\, and staff of UEH who play an important role in promoting cooperation between the two universities.\n\n\nRepresentatives from USJ:\n\nVice Rector of USJ – Prof. Dr. Álvaro Barbosa; Dean of Faculty of Arts and Humanities\, USJ – Prof. Dr. Carlos Sena Caires; Mr. Pedro Sou; Ms. Ivy Tran who play a key role in identifying and implementing cooperation activities with UEH.\n\n\nSpecial guest: Honorary Consul of Portugal in Ho Chi Minh City – Mr. Afonso Carlos Neves Vieira.\n\nThe signing of this Memorandum of Understanding marks the commitment and creates favorable conditions for the two universities to cooperate in areas such as student exchange\, joint research\, lecturers and staff\, as well as developing training programs and cooperating in the field of scientific research and community development. \n \n————————————————————— (Vietnamese Version) ————————————————————— \nLễ ký kết biên bản thoả thuận hợp tác (MOU) giữa Trường Đại học Kinh tế TP.HCM (UEH) và Đại học Saint Joseph (USJ) đã diễn ra ngày 19/5 tại UEH. Álvaro Barbosa; Trưởng Khoa Nghệ thuật và Nhân văn\, USJ – GS. Carlos Sena Caires; Ông Pedro Sou; Bà Ivy Tran; những người đóng vai trò chủ chốt trong việc xác định và thực hiện các hoạt động hợp tác với UEH.\n– Khách mời đặc biệt: Lãnh sự danh dự Bồ Đào Nha tại TP.HCM – Ông Afonso Carlos Neves Vieira.\nLễ ký biên bản thoả thuận hợp tác này đánh dấu sự cam kết và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho hai trường hợp tác trong các lĩnh vực như trao đổi sinh viên\, nghiên cứu chung\, giảng viên và cán bộ\, cũng như phát triển chương trình đào tạo và hợp tác trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu khoa học và phát triển cộng đồng.
