In an increasingly digitized world, the ArtTech major – the combination of art and technology – has opened up a new and rich creative space. Recognizing the importance of accessing and understanding this field, SMD proudly organizes the workshop “Exploring ArtTech” specifically for high school students, aiming to introduce and provide hands-on experience in a promising field of study.
Workshop Content: The workshop will include practical activities, group discussions, and insights from leading experts in the industry. Students will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about the history and development of ArtTech.
- Explore the latest tools and software used in the major.
- Practice creating digital artworks under the guidance of professional artists and designers.
- Discuss the role of ArtTech in the future and related career opportunities.
Guest Speaker: Ms. Minh Hang – a virtual reality artist who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City.
Creating art in virtual space gives her unlimited creative potential, transcending all logical boundaries, while minimizing the impact on the natural environment.
