Students from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City’s (UEH) School of Technology and Design now have the opportunity to transfer to one of the world’s top 100 educational institutions, thanks to a recent memorandum of agreement signing between UEH and the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) in Macau.
The signing ceremony was attended by UEH’s Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Cong Khai, Vice Rector of UEH; and Assoc. The cooperative agreement aims to initiate a joint program between USJ’s Communication Department and UEH-STD’s Multimedia Communication and Digital Design Department. The program is set to commence in the academic year 2023-2024. Students from both institutions will have the opportunity to study for two years at their home university and then transfer for two years to the partner university. Upon completion of the four-year program, students will receive degrees from both USJ and UEH.
Established in 1996 in Macau, the University of Saint Joseph operates based on the European university model. In 2022, USJ ranked in the top 401-600 universities according to The Impact Rankings 2022 and ranked 92nd globally for educational quality.
