What is UEH Global?
UEH Global is a marketing campaign created by UEH marcom department, mainly run by SMD students, with the goal to attract global youths, especially those who are wanting to attend university, to come learn at UEH and be a part of Vietnamese culture. From then on, UEH will be known by VN’s global community and other countries as a global university, the best choice for foreign students.
Who are the target communities for UEH Global?
- Foreign young adults, age group from 16 to 24, planning to go to university.
- The majority will come from the South East Asian countries like Láo, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Philippines, and East Asian countries such as Korea, China and Taiwan since these 3 have a high tourist count in VN.
- Parents who want their kid to go abroad and experience.
Insight of the target communities
- These individuals just graduated highschool and now want to go abroad to not only learn but also experience the diverse culture of a foreign country, and generally be a part of a global society.
- But they don’t have the budget to go to the “big” western and European countries like America, Canada, Australia,… So going somewhere in South East Asia will be the most logical solution, the question is where and why.

What is Marketing plan of this campaign?
UEH plans to initiate the marketing plan on 3 main platforms which are Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube. All of which will have content specifically crafted for the foreign audience and promote this study program.
- Tiktok: UEH collaborated with students then created “FAQs with UEH” on tiktok, where students would interview their fellow and faculty members at UEH about the studying program, all in english.
- Facebook: “UEH guideline for foreign students” on facebook, this will have all the basic information for all the foreign students about where they will live, where they should go to study and who to contact.
- Youtube: UEH have a ASMR type of video guiding you through the routes of campuses of UEH, exploring the local streets and popular sight-seeing places.
These ideas are still not finished and are still waiting to be approved by UEH marcom department so we can not assure you that these will stay the same in the future.
